geography

Nouvion-sur-Meuse is located about ten kilometers southeast of Charleville-Mézières and about seven kilometers west of Sedan on the river Maas (French Meuse ). Nouvion-sur-Meuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lumes in the north and north-west, Vivier-au-Court in the north and north-east, Vrigne-Meuse in the east, Dom-le-Mesnil in the south and south-east, Flize in the south-west and Chalandry-Elaire in the West.
