- Templar farm, monument historique since 1991
The building is arranged around a rectangular courtyard and is flanked by three corner towers. It is made of stone and brick. Outside openings are rare, with the exception of the large doors created for the courtyard. The facade of the east wing was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Other parts of the building were rebuilt in the 19th and 20th centuries.
The farmhouse originally belonged to the "Templier" family. Contrary to popular belief, given the date it was built in the early 17th century, the building has nothing to do with the Knights Templar of the same name . After the French Revolution , the building was converted into a farm and has been known as the Templars Farm ever since . The fortified building was later used as accommodation for the officers of the nearby Fort de Charlemont .
