Lépron-les-Vallées is a French commune with 78 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the arrondissement Charleville-Mézières , the canton Signy-l'Abbaye (until 2015: Rumigny ) and the municipality association Ardennes Thiérache .

The municipality is located in the Ardennes Regional Nature Park, founded in 2011 . Lépron-les-Vallées is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Aubigny-les-Pothées in the west and north-west, Vaux-Villaine in the north-east and east, Thin-le-Moutier in the south-east and the canton capital Signy-l'Abbaye in the south.

history

The municipality of Lépron-les-Vallées was part of the municipality of Vaux-Villaine until it became independent in 1871.
