Boulzicourt is a French commune with 958 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region . It belongs to the arrondissement Charleville-Mézières and the canton Nouvion-sur-Meuse (until 2015: canton Flize ). The inhabitants are called Boulzicourtois .

geography

Boulzicourt is located about seven kilometers south-southwest of Charleville-Mézières and about 18 kilometers west-southwest of Sedan . The river Vence limits the municipality to the northwest. Boulzicourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Pierre-sur-Vence in the north and west, Saint-Marceau in the east and northeast, Balaives-et-Butz in the south and east, Villers-sur-le-Mont in the south and southwest, Yvernaumont in the Southwest and Guignicourt-sur-Vence to the west.

The A34 autoroute runs along the north-western edge of the municipality.
