Tournavaux is a French commune with 241 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Charlesville-Mézières and the canton of Bogny-sur-Meuse (until 2015: canton of Monthermé ).

Tournavaux is located near the border with Belgium on the Semois in the Ardennes . Tournavaux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Monthermé in the north and north-west, Thilay in the east, Haulmé in the south and Bogny-sur-Meuse in the west and south-west.

Until 1872 Tournavaux belonged to the municipality of Haulmé .
