Harcy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bourg-Fidèle in the north, Les Mazures in the northeast, Renwez in the east, Lonny in the southeast, Sormonne in the south, Murtin-et-Bogny in the southwest, Rimogne in the west and Le Châtelet-sur-Sormonne in the west and Northwest.
