Prix-lès-Mézières is located about 20 kilometers west-northwest of Sedan . The Meuse borders the municipality in the north. Prix-lès-Mézières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Warcq in the north and west, Charleville-Mézières in the north and east, La Franchevile in the south-east, Évigny in the south and Warnécourt in the west and south-west.
