Guignicourt-sur-Vence is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mondigny in the north, Champigneul-sur-Vence in the north and north-east, Saint-Pierre-sur-Vence in the north-east, Yvernaumont in the east and south-east, Touligny in the south and west and Gruyères in the north-west.
