Neufmanil is about eight kilometers northeast of Charleville-Mézières . Neufmanil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Thilay in the north, Gespunsart in the east, La Grandville in the south, Aiglemont in the south-west, Nouzonville in the west and Bogny-sur-Meuse in the north-west.
