Touligny is a French commune with 85 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region in the canton of Nouvion-sur-Meuse .
The Bois Murguet forest extends north of the village . In 1968 the village of Hocmont, north of the forest, was annexed to Touligny. The total area of the district covers 7.28 km².
