House Maria-Eich-Straße 49 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Maria-Eich-Strasse 49 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1904. The villa on the corner of Wehnerstrasse , which was built according to plans by the architect Max Ende, is a protected monument .

The building is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony . The half walmdachbau with truss-ornate gables is floor bay window , lucarnes and wooden balconies loosened.

The writer Anna Croissant-Rust (1860–1943) lived in the villa .
