Maria Badia i Cutchet
Maria Badia i Cutchet (born May 13, 1947 in Sant Quirze del Vallès ) is a Spanish politician of the Partit dels Socialistes de Catalunya .
Life
Badia i Cutchet studied English at the Autonomous University of Barcelona . After her studies she taught as a teacher in Sabadell . She has been a member of the European Parliament since 2004 .
MEP member of the European Parliament
In the European Parliament she is a member of the Committee on International Trade and the Delegation for relations with the United States . She is a deputy in the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy and in the delegation in the Committee on Parliamentary Cooperation between the EU and Russia .
