The baroque chapel of the Visitation of Mary in the meadow in the Gfrill fraction of Salurn in South Tyrol is a listed building.

It was built in 1680 by the local Feigenputz von Griessegg family on a hexagonal floor plan. A roof turret with an onion-shaped tip stands over the polygonal apse . The interior is extensively decorated with floral motifs. The particularly magnificent altar with the depiction of the eponymous Visitation comes from the Bozen artist Oswald Krad . The paintings with their beautiful carved frames, such as the heart-shaped one with the secrets of the rosary , date back to the end of the 18th century.

The protection was placed under the file number BLR-LAB 2907 from 16/06/1975, at the same time a ban zone was set up.
