Maria Krug , née Maria Bleser , pseudonym Alinda Jacoby , (born October 16, 1855 in Trier , † May 15, 1929 in Mainz ) was a German writer.

Life

Maria Krug was the second daughter of the doctor Ludwig Josef Bleser (1810–1878) and of Nanny Bleser, b. Jacoby . From 1887 she was married to the factory owner Franz Karl Krug and lived in Mainz. Her sister was the writer Viktorine Endler .

Her extensive literary work consisted mainly of dramas , but also of novels , short stories , short stories and poems .
