Viktorine Endler

Viktorine Endler , née Viktorine Bleser , pseudonym Antonie Haupt , (born January 17, 1853 in Trier , † January 29, 1932 in Hanover ) was a German writer .

Life

Viktorine Endler was the daughter of the doctor Ludwig Josef Bleser (1810–1878) and of Nanny Bleser, b. Jacoby . She attended the secondary school for girls in Trier. At times she was her father's assistant. She had been married to Bernhard Endler since 1887 and lived in Hanover after the wedding. She mainly wrote stories and novels of historical content that were well researched for the time. Her sister was the writer Maria Krug .

Honors

The Victorine-Endler-Weg in Ricklingen was named after her in 2012.
