The Mannerbach rises on the southern outskirts of Oberüttfeld at an altitude of 509  m above sea level. NHN . The source is located on the southeast slope of the Kemper Steimerich ( 560.1  m above sea level ). The Mannerbach flows mainly to the south-west in Irrhausen at 359  m above sea level. NHN in the Irsen .

Catchment area

The Mannerbach drains a 26.5 km² catchment area via Irsen, Our , Sauer , Moselle and Rhine to the North Sea .
