Marianne Herberg

Marianne Herberg (born March 12, 1901 in Leipzig , † December 30, 1991 in Hamburg ) was a German painter.

She studied painting with Edmund Kesting in Dresden and at the School of Fine Arts with Hans Hofmann in Munich. Her early work was lost in the bombing of Dresden. She has especially emerged with still lifes.
