Marianne Zink

Marianne Zink (* July 21, 1926 as Marianne Schwarz in Karlsruhe ; † July 9, 2018 ) was a German writer .

Professional development

Marianne Zink worked as a teacher in a primary and secondary school for two years . She gave up the job and last lived as a housewife in the Baden town of Keltern .

Marianne Zink was the author of short stories , amateur plays and radio plays , often for young reading audiences, as well as articles for parents' magazines and radio . Her work is shaped by the author's Protestant faith, which was also expressed in the long-standing leadership of a Bible discussion group in Zink's home church.
