Marico Gregersen

Marico Gregersen (born October 2, 1976 ) is a former German football player .

career

Gregersen played for the Hamburg Silver Eagles from 1993 , and in 1998 he made it to the men's team of the Hamburg Huskies . In 2000 he joined Berlin Thunder  ( NFL Europe ), later in the year he ran for the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes  . For Berlin Thunder he played in the NFL Europe season held in early summer until 2003 and from 2001 to 2006 also for the Hamburg Blue Devils in the subsequent season in the highest German football league, the GFL . The wide receiver won the World Bowl with the Berlin team in 2001 and 2002 and the German championship with Hamburg in 2001, 2002 and 2003. He stayed with the Blue Devils until 2006, followed by a year with the Hamburg Eagles . In 2007 he sustained a serious hip and thigh injury wearing the Eagles' dress. In 2008 he again wore the colors of the Hamburg Blue Devils and in 2009 the Kiel Baltic Hurricanes. In the period between 2011 and 2014 Gregersen strengthened the Hamburg Huskies, with whom he won the championship title in the northern relay of the second division in his last year.

Gregersen passed on his experience in the sport of American football as a coach in the youth field and was active in the youth of the Hamburg Blue Devils, the Hamburg Eagles, the Hamburg Huskies and the Hamburg state team. In the 2018 season he took over the office of attack coordinator at the first division club Kiel Baltic Hurricanes and held this position for a year.
