Marietta Gullotti

Marietta Gullotti (born July 19, 1931 in Bern ) is a Swiss painter .

Live and act

In 1951 Marietta Gullotti acquired the teaching license, from 1957 she attended the Bern School of Applied Arts , the engraving studio with Stanley William Hayter (Atelier 17) in Paris, followed by the Max Rudolf von Mühlenen painting school in Bern. From 1961 to 1963 she received a federal art scholarship.

Several stays in Africa, the Far East, India, South and Central America and in Sinai influenced her work. Most of her works are drawings and paintings and relate to landscapes and portraits . The exotic attracts Marietta Gullotti's attention, with the portraits mostly children and women.
