Marina Blue is the name of a skyscraper in Miami , Florida . The building, erected between 2004 and 2007, is 187 meters high, making it the ninth highest in the city. In addition to some technical facilities for building operation, almost exclusively apartments are housed on the 57 floors. There are several shops in the basement. The total usable area is around 126,000 square meters. The floor plan of the building is rectangular with rounded outer walls, while the two roof edges of different heights, which create a recess, were designed with slight roundings.

The skyscraper is located on 888 Biscayne Boulevard , an area where other skyscrapers have been built.
