Marina Kaye (born February 9, 1998 in Marseille ), real name Marina Dalmas , is a French pop musician .
biography
Marina Dalmas sang a lot even as a child and began posting vocal videos of herself on the Internet when she was ten. At the age of 13 she applied to La France a un incroyable talent , the French version of Das Supertalent . With her interpretation of the Adele songs Rolling in the Deep and Set Fire to the Rain , she was able to convince the audience and win the competition.
It then took her three years to find management, sign a recording deal with Universal Music , and prepare for her career. In autumn 2014 she distributed the song Homeless under her new stage name Marina Kaye , which quickly exceeded the limit of 1 million views on the Internet. When it was officially released in early 2015, it rose to number 1 in the charts in France and the French-speaking part of Belgium and stayed there for 2 weeks each. The debut album Fearless followed in May and reached the top 10 in both countries. In Switzerland, the single and album both reached number 25 on the Swiss charts .
