Marina Pinnacle is a skyscraper in the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates with 73 floors and a height of 280 meters. Its construction began in 2005 and was completed in October 2011. The final height was already reached at the end of 2010. The construction was commissioned by the real estate company Emaar Properties , also owner of the world's tallest building in Dubai, the Burj Khalifa , in collaboration with Tiger Real Estate . The slender structure, which shimmers light blue through its glass facade, ends above the crooked roof with a narrow apex about 20 meters long. Marina Pinnacle is currently ranked 25th in the list of tallest buildings in Dubai.
