Marina Valeryevna Guschtschina ( Russian Марина Валерьевна Гущина , born March 8, 1971 in Iskitim Raion , Novosibirsk Oblast ) is a former Russian biathlete .
Marina Guschtschina appeared in the biathlon world cup in the winters 1995/96 and 1996/97 . In the sprint in Brezno-Osrblie in January 1996, she finished 23rd after her faultless shooting, directly behind her teammates Tupilenko and Saposhnikowa . In the following season, she achieved her best World Cup result with 20th place in the individual at the end of the season in Novosibirsk in March 1997.
