Mario Donizetti

Mario Donizetti (born January 23, 1932 in Bergamo , Italy ) is an Italian figurative painter and essayist.

Technical studies carried out with scientific precision led him to use absolutely original techniques for his work, such as his lacquered and glazed egg tempera, the encaustic, the encaustic pastel technique. As the founder of the “Centro di Ricerche Tecniche dell'Arte” in 1977 and the “Donizetti Museo Scuola” in 2003, Donizetti makes his techniques over the Internet with texts in various languages ​​(English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) and English dubbed footage of his lessons. With his essays on the aesthetics and diagnostics of restoration, he works with various daily newspapers and magazines. In 1983 he was honored with a retrospective in the halls of the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana in Milan . As a passionate music lover, he developed a "New Method for Writing Music" without the use of the stave system.
