Marion Buillet (born August 16, 1990 in Saint-Martin-d'Hères ) is a French cross-country skier .

Career

Buillet has mainly competed in the cross-country alpine cup since 2007 . So far, she has achieved five podium finishes and was fourth in the 2014/15 season . She ran her first World Cup race in December 2010 in La Clusaz , which she finished in 53rd place in the 15 km mass start race. In December 2011 she got her first World Cup points with 22nd place in the sprint in Düsseldorf . Her best individual World Cup race so far she ran in January 2014 in Szklarska Poręba , which she finished with 11th place in the sprint. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she finished 36th in the sprint. In January 2015 she won bronze with the relay at the 2015 Winter Universiade in Štrbské Pleso . At the Winter Universiade 2017 in Almaty she finished 22nd place over 5 km classic, 15th place in the subsequent pursuit and fourth place together with Loic Guigonnet in the mixed team sprint.
