Marion Harsdorf-Gebhardt

Marion Harsdorf-Gebhardt (born February 18, 1964 in Bonn ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

After completing her legal training in 1993, Harsdorf-Gebhardt entered the higher judicial service of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate . There she was initially employed at the Koblenz Regional Court and the Sinzig and Koblenz District Courts . In 1997, Harsdorf-Gebhardt was appointed judge at the Koblenz Regional Court. From 2000 to 2003 she was seconded to the Federal Court of Justice as a research assistant . In 2003 Harsdorf-Gebhardt was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court in Koblenz .

On March 29, 2007, Harsdorf-Gebhardt was elected as a judge at the Federal Court of Justice by the judges' selection committee. The appointment by the Federal President took place on June 15, 2007. At the Federal Court of Justice she was the III. Assigned to the civil senate, which is responsible for legal disputes over public law compensation services, contracts and employment relationships as well as brokerage contracts. On March 1, 2009, she switched to the 4th Civil Senate .

Harsdorf-Gebhardt is a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Judicial Examination Office for state legal examinations.
