Marion Lemper-Pychlau (born November 8, 1958 in Dortmund ) is a German author and speaker with a focus on job satisfaction and motivation.

Life

Lemper-Pychlau studied psychology in Freiburg im Breisgau and graduated with a diploma . She attended advanced training courses on client-centered talk therapy ( Rogers ) and systemic coaching. Lemper-Pychlau began her writing activities in 2002. She wrote both specialist articles and numerous non-fiction books, some of which were published as audio books and e-books . Some have been translated. In 2008 she founded the "Winners' Lodge" institute. Since then she has been a speaker.

Marion Lemper-Pychlau lives in Königstein im Taunus . She is married and has four children.
