Marit Knutsdatter beach
Marit Knutsdatter Strand (born April 27, 1992 in Lørenskog ) is a Norwegian politician of the Senterpartiet (Sp). She has been a member of the Storting since 2017 .
Life
After graduating from secondary school in 2011, she studied at the University of Environmental and Life Sciences from 2012 to 2017 . Between 2012 and 2014 she was the chairwoman of the youth organization Senterungdom in what was then the province of Oppland . Between 2015 and 2017, Strand was a member of Øystre Slidre's local parliament . In the 2017 general election , she entered the Norwegian national parliament in Storting for the first time . There she represents the constituency of Oppland and she is a member of the education and research committee.
