Marito Mota

Marito Mota (born July 11, 1970 in Culu Hun , Dili , Portuguese Timor ), actually Mariano Mota , fighting name Fatubai , is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the FRETILIN party .

Mota has a law degree.

He was the deputy leader of the Frente Iha Timor Unidos Nafatin (FITUN), a youth independence organization, and was one of the participants in the demonstration that ended in the Santa Cruz massacre on November 12, 1991 . Mota later became vice-president of the Comité 12 de novembro and manager of the Hotel Ramelau.

In the early parliamentary elections on May 12, 2018 , Mota made it into the national parliament at number 16 on the FRETILIN list. He is a member of the parliamentary commission for infrastructure (commission E).
