Culu Hun ( Culuhun , Kulu Hun ) is an East Timorese Suco , which forms a district east of the center of the state capital Dili .

Before the 2015 territorial reform, Culu Hun had an area of ​​0.95 km². Now it is 0.68 km². The Suco Culu Hun is located in the west of the administrative office of Cristo Rei ( municipality of Dili ). To the northeast is the Suco Bidau Santana , east of the Suco Becora . Otherwise, Culu Hun is framed by the administrative office of Nain Feto with its sucos Acadiru Hun , Gricenfor , Santa Cruz , Bemori and Lahane Oriental . The river Benamauc forms the border with Becora . The Bemori River forms part of the border with Lahane Oriental . At the northeast corner of Culu Huns, it meets the Benamauc and flows into the Bay of Dili as Mota Claran . The whole system falls dry outside of the rainy season.

Culu Hun is divided into other districts. Ailele Hun ( Ailelehun , the Aldeia is in Suco Bemori) forms the west, followed by the Kuluhum Tengah district . In the northeast lies Kuluhum Atas . The south is formed by Kuluhum Taibesi Atas and Becusi Bawah ( Bekosi Bawah ). In Kuluhum Tengah are the Clínica Sta. Maria do Rosário and the Convento das Madres PRR . The Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares and the Primary School Escola Primária nº4 Kulu Hun are located in Kuluhum Atas. There is another primary school in Kuluhum Taibesi Atas.

In the Suco there are the seven Aldeias Funu Hotu , Lao Rai / Caregatiro , Loe Laco , Nato , Soru Motu Badame , Tane Muto and Toko Baru II (Antigo Asls) .

8,117 people live in the Suco (2015), of which 4,073 are men and 4,044 women. The population density is 11,857.7 inhabitants / km². There are 1,062 households in the Suco. Over 98% of the population name Tetum Prasa as their mother tongue. Minorities speak Makasae or Habun .

In the 2004/2005 elections , Francisco MM Riveiro was elected Chefe de Suco. In the 2009 elections , José Lourenço P. Borges won .
