After East Timor became independent in 2002, the Sucos Centro Benemauk and Ailok were also affiliated with Becora, giving Becora an area of 8.74 km². During the territorial reform of 2015, the borders of Becora were re-cut so that it only had 6.57 km². In 2017, Ailok in the southwest was separated again as an independent Suco. The exact course of the border is not yet known, which is why the following information refers to the Suco before 2017.

The Suco is located in the southwest of the administrative office of Cristo Rei ( municipality of Dili ). In the northwest lies the Suco Culu Hun , in the north Bidau Santana and Camea and in the east Hera . In the south, Becora borders on the Suco Talitu ( Laulara administrative office , Aileu municipality ) and in the west on the Suco Lahane Oriental ( Nain Feto administrative office , Dili municipality). The Benamauc River has its source in the Suco, flows north through Camea and then forms the border between Becora and Bidau Santana. The Bemori River forms part of the border with Lahane Oriental . The two rivers meet at the northwestern tip of Becora and flow into the Bay of Dili as Mota Claran . The whole system falls dry outside of the rainy season.

Becora is divided into other districts. Masau Bawah is in the northwest of Sucos. Masau Atas and Becusi Atas ( Bekosi Atas ) form the north . To the west is East Mota Ulun ( Motaulun Timur , West Mota Ulun is in Lahane Oriental) and Kecamatan Dili Timur . The center consists of Culau ( Kulau ) and Mota Ulun .

In the Suco there are ten Aldeias Au-Hun , Becusi Centro , Becusi Craic , Berebidu , Caqueu Laran ( Caqueo Laran ), Clac Fuic , Darlau , Maucocomate , Mota Ulun and Romit .
