Markéta Jakšlová
Markéta Jakšlová (born April 9, 1985 in Prague ) is a Czech singer .
life and career
Markéta Jakšlová studied at the Prague Academy of Art, Architecture and Design . She then studied English at a language school and public relations at the Higher Professional School of Journalism.
Jakšlová began singing as a child, where she sang in various choir groups.
In 2002, at the age of seventeen, Jakšlová teamed up with her compatriot - the songwriter and musician - Petr Fider and founded the Verona music project . Her debut album called Náhodou was released in 2003. In 2011 they released the English-language single Hey Boy , which made it into the charts in numerous European countries .
