House Mark-Twain-Strasse 4

The house at Mark-Twain-Straße 4 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1898. The villa on Mark-Twain-Straße is a protected architectural monument .

The villa with old German half-timbering as decoration was probably designed by August Exter . It is part of the first development on the street and was created during the planning phase for Mark-Twain-Straße. The gable-sided half hipped roof building with two- axis front and wide ground floor window is attributed to the August Exter office, as similar houses in the Pasing II villa colony originate from this office.

The inside of the house was partially changed during the renovation in 1990.
