Mark Edusei (born September 29, 1976 in Kumasi ) is a former Ghanaian football player , he played on the position of midfielder .

Mark Edusei began his career with King Faisal Babes and moved in the 1996/97 season to the Italian second division club US Lecce here he stayed until the 1999/00 season when he joined União Leiria in the Portuguese SuperLiga . After a year in Portugal, he moved to AC Bellinzona in the Challenge League . For the 2001/02 season Edusei returned to Italy to Cosenza Calcio . After two seasons at Sampdoria Genoa , he moved to league rivals Piacenza Calcio . For the 2004/05 season Edusei joined Sampdoria in the Serie A . Shortly after the start of the 2005/06 season, the Ghanaian moved to Turin FC, where he immediately became a regular player. For the 2006/07 season he moved to Catania Calcio .

In the Ghanaian national team Edusei played a total of 17 times.
