Mark von Seydlitz

Mark von Seydlitz (born January 29, 1961 in Düsseldorf ) is a German film director and film producer .

Life

Mark von Seydlitz studied business administration in Mannheim / Ludwigshafen. After graduating, he worked as a freelance copywriter and conceptualist for various advertising agencies. After a long stay abroad in the USA, Mark von Seydlitz founded Made in Munich Filmproduktion, which initially produced advertising and image films. Since 1994 Seydlitz has also been producing feature films for TV and cinema. In 2013 he founded pellybay GmbH in Hamburg , which focuses on integrated communication with a focus on storytelling and the development of feature films.

Mark von Seydlitz has directed more than 800 commercials and 10 television films. Seydlitz transformed a. a. the successful Dora Heldt novels for television ( ZDF ) and directed them herself.
