Marko Tepavac ( Serbian - Cyrillic Марко Тепавац ; born April 5, 1994 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian tennis player .

Career

Marko Tepavac mainly plays tournaments on the second and third class Challenger and Future Tour. So far, he has won twelve singles and four doubles on the Future Tour. He celebrated his first title win on the Challenger Tour in Qarshi in 2016 . He was able to beat Karen Khachanov in the quarterfinals and defeated the top seeded Israeli Dudi Sela in three sets in the final .

Tepavac came to Sofia for its premiere on the ATP World Tour in 2017 . After he was eliminated in the qualification against Maximilian Marterer , he moved into the main field as a lucky loser . There he met Michail Juschny , to whom he lost in two sets. His best place in the world rankings , a 174th place, he achieved in October 2016.
