Markus Benz
Markus Benz (* 1955 in Offenburg ) is a former German politician of the party Die Violetten - for spiritual politics (Die Violetten). From February 2012 to November 8, 2015, Markus Benz was chairman of the Violette together with Irene Garcia . Benz ran in the election for the 17th German Bundestag in 2009 in the Freiburg constituency and received 1,021 votes, which corresponded to 0.7% of the votes cast. He also ran unsuccessfully on the first list of his party in Baden-Württemberg .
