Markus Fröschl

Markus Fröschl (born October 3, 1965 in Trostberg ) is a German farmer and CSU politician .

Fröschl runs a farm in Trostberg . He is a city ​​councilor there and is a member of the district council of the Traunstein district . Until 2013 he was directly elected district councilor for the district of Upper Bavaria . In the state elections in 2013 , he failed to enter the Bavarian state parliament as a second-vote candidate. After Horst Seehofer's resignation from the state parliament, Fröschl replaced him in the state parliament on May 7, 2018.

He is the first chairman of the Traunstein Landscape Management Association.
