The Marli Areena is an ice rink in the Finnish city of Turku . The then Kupittaan jäähalli was opened in 1973 and originally offered space for 5,200 spectators. After extensive renovations in 2006, it only holds 3,000 spectators and is currently sponsored by Marli Areena .
