Career

According to his club, the 1.79 meter tall defensive player Rivas first played in his northern Uruguayan homeland for Sarandí Universitario . He was then since the Apertura 2012 as a move from the youth team of the club in the squad of the first division Montevideo Wanderers . For the Montevideans he played three games in the Primera División until the end of the 2012/13 season . He did not score a hit. In the 2013/14 season he ran six more times in the top Uruguayan league. In the 2014/15 season he was used in 14 top division games (no goal) and three matches (no goal) of the 2015 Copa Libertadores . During the 2015/16 season, 17 further premier league appearances followed (no goal). In the 2016 season he was used 15 times (no goal) in the league and six times (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2016 . During the current 2017 season, he has played 15 league games (no goal) and four games (no goal) in the 2017 Copa Libertadores (as of August 7, 2017) .
