Martin Atanassow ( Bulgarian Мартин Атанасов , English transcription: Martin Atanasov ; born September 27, 1996 in Sofia ) is a Bulgarian national volleyball player .

Career

Atanasov began his career in his hometown with Levski Sofia . In 2014 he moved to the league competitor Dobrudja 07 Dobritsch . In Bulgaria, the outside attacker was champion and reached the cup final. In 2016 he went to the Turkish association Tokat Belediye Plevne. In 2017 he took part in the World League with the Bulgarian national team. He then moved to the German Bundesliga club VfB Friedrichshafen . Atanasov has been playing volleyball 52 for the French first division club Chaumont since 2018 .
