The Martin Hill is a distinctive and ice-free hill in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises in the Victory Mountains on the western flank of the Whitehall Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy between 1960 and 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1964 after the New Zealander Peter J. Martin, senior scientist at Hallett Station in 1961.
