Martin Kase (born September 2, 1993 in Jõelähtme ) is an Estonian football player . The junior international is currently under contract with Paide Linnameeskond in the Estonian Meistriliiga .

Career

Kase started his career at Loo JK which is based in his home region of Jõelähtme . In 2006 he came to JK Tallinna Kalev from the capital Tallinn . Initially active in youth, he made his debut in 2010 in the Estonian second division Esiliiga . At the end of the 2011 season he was promoted to the Meistriliiga as a regular with the team . Already on the first match day of the new Meistriliiga season , Kase made his debut in the top division against FC Viljandi . At the end of the season he came with the club on the 9th place in the table with which you have to compete in the relegation games against JK Tarvas Rakvere . In the first of the two games Kalev won 2-1 at Rakvere ; Kase scored the goal to win. At the end of the 2012 season, Kase moved to FC Flora Tallinn .

National team

Martin Kase made his first debut for Estonia in 2011 in the U-19 during the Baltic Cup for this age group. He made his debut for the U-21s a year later in a game against Turkmenistan after being substituted on for Andero Pebre . With the U-19, Kase took part in the European Championship 2012 which took place in Estonia. The central defender was used in two of the three preliminary round games, where he was substituted on. First in the first game against Portugal for Hannes Anier and in the second against Greece for Juri Gavrilov . After three defeats, he was eliminated with the team after the preliminary round.
