Martin Keyser

Martin Keyser (born January 5, 1663 , † October 27, 1727 in Koenigsbrück ) was a German hunter and fishing master.

Martin Keyser was a court hunter and master fishery of the Königsbrück estate . His employers included Maximilian von Schellendorf, then his widow Johanna Margaretha von Schellendorf and finally Heinrich Friedrich von Friesen . Today only the tomb dedicated to him in the Königsbrück cemetery provides information about the merits of Martin Kayser, which is a detail of the hospital church and the Königsbrück churchyard in the list of cultural monuments in Königsbrück .

Tomb

Martin Keyser's tomb is located on the cemetery side of the Hospital Church in Königsbrück. It is made of sandstone and about three feet wide and two feet high.

saw the light of day

January 5th, 1663

But his name remains in glorious Andes corners

because he left the undyed fame,
