Martin Lippl

Martin Lippl (born July 6, 1939 ) is a German cameraman and director .

Life

Martin Lippl began as a cameraman for Karl Heinz Kramberg and Alois Kolb , for whom he filmed reports about famous chefs. He now has his own production company, Grawol-Film .

Lippl is a man from the very beginning of the BR series Unter Unser Himmel . In the cooking stories series , the filmmaker reports across Europe on the culinary specialties and sights of the regions. Martin Lippl looks into the kitchens of star restaurants as well as the kitchens of ambitious and aspiring chefs.

Martin Lippl comes from the Lippl family , he is the son of Alois Johannes Lippl and brother of Andreas Lippl .

Arbermandl

A highlight in his career came about by chance: During a report on the Großer Arber , Lippl was snowed in in a blizzard in 1985. In a short time in the sunshine he shot pictures about the so-called Arbermandl . Elfie Pertramer later added a mystical poem to these recordings. Under the title Voices from the Magic Forest , the film is broadcast on Bavarian television at the beginning of each year.
