Martin Olejňák

Martin Olejňák (born April 30, 1970 in Spišská Stará Ves ) is a Slovak beach volleyball coach .

Career

Olejňák played indoor volleyball at Slávia UK Bratislava from 1989 to 1993 and at Ravijoma Bratislava from 1994 to 1996. He then embarked on a career as a coach and was head coach of the Slovak youth / junior national team in the hall from 1996 to 1998, assistant coach at HotVolleys Vienna from 1998 to 2001 and junior coach at SVS / Sokol Schwechat from 2001 to 2004 . Olejňák has been a full-time beach volleyball coach since the end of 2004. He supervised Robert Nowotny and Peter Gartmayer (AUT) from 2004 to 2005 , Doris and Stefanie Schwaiger (AUT) from 2005 to 2012 and Grzegorz Fijałek and Mariusz Prudel (POL) from 2011 to 2012 . From 2012 to 2016 he was the head coach of the Polish beach volleyball men. Olejňák has been the national coach of beach volleyball men in Germany since January 2017.
