Martin Peder Vangli (born February 1, 1903 , † June 5, 1976 ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier and Nordic combined athlete .

Vangli took 25th place over 17 km and fifth place over 50 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 1930 . In the following year he won the silver medal over 50 km at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oberhof . He also achieved sixth place in the Nordic combined and over 18 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sollefteå in 1934 , he took part in the 18 km run, which he ended prematurely. In 1937 he received the Holmenkollen Medal .
