Martina Novotná (born May 26, 1979 in Prague ) is a Czech volleyball player .
Career
Martina Novotná began her career in 1989 in her hometown with TJ Tatran Střešovice Prague . In 2000 she moved to PVK Olymp Prague within the capital . In 2003 the national player took part in the European Championship in Ankara , where the Czech Republic was eliminated in the preliminary round as the bottom of the group without a win. In 2005 Novotná won the national championship and cup double. She then moved to the German Bundesliga club 1. VC Wiesbaden . With this club she became German runner-up in 2010. Martina Novotná has been playing in Wiesbaden's second team in the Third League South since 2012 .
