Martine Stina Astrid Engebretsen (born May 20, 1998 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Engebretsen, who starts for the IL Heming , took part in junior races until 2018. At the 2016 Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer , she won the bronze medal in the sprint and the silver medal in the mixed team. She also achieved 22nd place over 5 km freestyle and fifth place in cross. In December 2018 she ran her first races in the Scandinavian Cup in Östersund , which she finished in 32nd place over 10 km freestyle and 18th place in the sprint. In March 2019 she finished second in the team sprint at the Norwegian Championships in Lygna together with Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen . She made her debut in the World Cup in March 2020 in Drammen . She got her first World Cup points with 15th place in the sprint.
